Hello,
A product request idea from our CSM’s has been to automatically create Timeline Entry Drafts based on the Calendar Widget.
This goal here would be to skip the step of having to manually “Add Activity” and go into the Widget.
Ideally the Activity would be created as a Draft in the Timeline of the respective Customer. CSM’s would of course need to still edit their notes and complete creation of the entry.
