Reporting Filter - Allow Relative Phrases in Between Date Filter

In order to filter on data in a report for 2 relative time phrases (e.g. > 45 days ago and < 30 days ago), we currently need to add the same Date field twice to a report.





Instead, updating the Between filter to allow for relative time phrases (instead of the current hard coded date) will make these types of filters much easier to configure.
Good suggestion. So we are on same page, you need to add the same field to the filter right ?
We are in the same boat with fields other than the date filter. We rank our customers and have applied global filters to a dashboard. Even though we have added the field twice into each report to represent a greater than 1 and less than 100 logic, we are unable to add a second global filter to the dashboard for the 'in between" logic. Having the ability to say "between" and allow for either dates or numbers to be entered would be greatly beneficial. 

I see this thread is 6 years old. We are struggling with the lack of “between” option on the widget filter as well since this is confusing for our end users. Is there a timeline at the moment when this option will be made available in reporting?
