I’m you friendly Gainsight Support Agent, submitting this Feature Enhancement on behalf of a customer.
In C360 reports, can we configure "Show data from all children" to be enabled by default? This is a constant complaint from our users.
Currently, you cannot configure "Show data from all children" to be enabled by default or to persist permanently until uncheck. This checkbox must manually be checked and then will persist through page refreshes and navigating away from the page. However, the checkbox will uncheck when the User’s browser executes a scheduled browser cache clearing, which is standard for most browsers.
