For users coming over from Salesforce into Gainsight, it would be helpful if account access could follow the set ups from Salesforce. Today in Gainsight, there is no easy why to limit access to Accounts and their data to the access that is already set up in Salesforce. If Gainsight could follow Salesforce’s Account Hierarchy and Access approach it would be very helpful in order to restrict CSMs to only Accounts they manage.
