Allow Admins to Prioritize Rule queue

Our instance of Gainsight, like many Enterprise customers, has scheduled rules running 24/7. It would be great if an admin has the ability to change the queue of rules to allow one-off manual rules to jump to the front of the line when there are more critical rules to be run. 

 

I believe that manually-run rules do get some priority when it comes to queuing, in that I believe they get priority over some scheduled rules in some scenarios. I’ll leave it to someone else with more expertise to say definitively what the prioritization plan is.
