Ability to view the actual email content for emails sent via Journey Orchestrator from 360

As customers move more toward a combined tech touch and CSM approach, CSMs would like to be able to view the content of email sent to their customer. Especially when the email can contain graphs and specific info to that customer. CSMs want to be confident and informed when talking to their customers. I have heard this ask from multiple customers.

You can program a mailing to the CSM as the first step in the mail chain and if you chose to, make it conditional to the mailing to the customer. The disadvantage I noticed is that the CSM reading statistics are then part of your statistics.
