CTA email to display Sender Name

When an email is sent directly from a CTA, for the recipient Sender Email is shown instead of Sender Name. According to Support, this is expected behavior.

We would like to have the option to display the name for the recipient, exactly as if the email was sent by the CSMs themselves.

Hi, please find attached a screenshot. This is a Gainsight email I sent to myself directly from a CTA. As you can see, my email address is displayed as the Sender:

When I send an email from Outlook, my full name is displayed instead of the email address:

We are looking to enable the second option for emails that are sent from Gainsight CTAs. Please also refer to the Zendesk ticket #193828 for details.

Thanks . Our team has taken this as a bug item  & would be solved in short term.
