Will adding a custom field to the CustomerInfo object allow me to use the JBCXM_CustomerInfo_c object to reference the field via the CustomerInfo table vs the Account table so that I can have the field we are trying to apply to all reports in the dashboards Global Filter?  PowerSchool, EIC Dashboard, SGY CS Segmentation global filter.  SGY CS Segmentation is the Account object field we are trying to have added to all reports for the global filter.

Hello Scott!

Does GS support the functionality that SFDC does, of of this then do this.  Here is an example of what we are looking for.


If we changed the CSM Name from Todd to Susan we would want the following to happen:

CSM Name Changed to: Todd Chapman

Once this change is made we would want the field "Previous CSM" to load with the name: Susan Worthington.

I know this is functionality that SFDC has, once you make a change somewhere in the record it will allow for stages to be updated, fields populate, ect.

Hi Scott - I probably won’t be able to make it to the meeting today but I’m wondering about the reporting capabilities around email template usage within Email Assist and Outlook Plugin usage. I’m able to get basic counts from the Activity Timeline object but curious if we have any details on deliverability, open rates, etc. in any of the objects similar to what we have for JO. If so, what object would this be in?

I have a question about changing the currency symbol from USD to $. Is there a way to change this in Data Management or should I send a support ticket? Not sure if i’ll be on the call when you get to my name.

Hello @jaw -- I must not have refreshed my browser tab with this thread while on today’s session - so sorry I didn’t answer it!

 

Unfortunately, there’s no way to change that.  Is there a particular place you are wanting that displayed? (Summary tiles on C360, for instance), or is it everywhere in the platform where you want to globally say “Don’t show me USD anywhere - just show me $”.

I think the down side would be, for instance, Canadian $ would also be “$” if we shifted to symbols - again, though, there’s a use case for being able to select 1 currency as your “Default” and show a symbol for that, with 3-letter abbreviations for everything else . . .
