Agree. This causes some confusion for our CSMs as well. Also, is this message received due to SF settings, or Gainsight settings? If this is caused by a SF setting, I would love for the message to clarify that so our team knows to work with our SF Admins and not Gainsight Admins 🙂
+1 from us. This is confusing and seems a bit of a severe message to those users who may not be aware of what's happened ... due to inactivity.
