Hello Team,
When I upload HTML in a rich text field type it is truncating some tags.
For example:
The column in CSV contains:
"<a href=""http://www.google.com%22%22/; target=""_blank"">Click to open chat</a>
When uploaded to gainsight it truncates the target tag and leaves it with the href tag.

Attributes truncated from Rich Text Field type
Hi Jahnavi,
When ingesting data into Gainsight, we truncate data that could potentially be malicious or could introduce vulnerabilities. Hence you could see certain aspects of HTML content being truncated.
The "target" attribute in the anchor tag (a href) is one such attribute which gets truncated based on our current security policy for data coming into Gainsight.
We'll consider adding exceptions to the policy and assess whether the "target" attribute can be one of them.
