Load to SFDC Object - STRING to PICKLIST

When loading to SFDC objects from a rule, are we able to go STRING to PICKLIST or does it have to be STRING to STRING?

I think I was able to do this. Very new to the process, but pretty sure. here is a screenshot of my rule:
There are a lot of options there, but you'll note that the name is a String (left side), but the field itself is a String list. I just set this up yesterday and it worked great!

Thanks Ben! I was able to do it, but not in the way I was hoping. What I needed to do was add a field and map each string value to a picklist value. So instead of having 1 action, I now have multiple for the rule.
Interesting. Either way, glad you were able to figure it out!

Ben - I think the field on the left in your example is a picklist, and that's why you were able to map values like that.
