Feedback about participant filters in a JO program

We are in the process of deploying our NPS survey via JO survey program.



We would like to send out heads up email to only a handful of NPS receipients rather than the entire population selected. Unfortunately, JO program doesnot give us that flexibility and we can only have one set of participant group per JO program.

Hi Sainyam, hope you are doing well. Acknowledge your feedback on the use case and we will definitely explore the various options we have available.



In the mean while, I would love to hear more about your use case in particular.



If I understand it correctly, you have a set of participants out of which only few filtered participants (logical filtering) should receive the heads up email but the rest of them shouldn't; and the journey for all of them should continue consistenly from there on?



Having stated the above, could you please also confirm that in this use case; the list of filtered participants who should receive heads up email is a one time filter or the expectation is to filter those participants over a period of time maybe in a schedule and in every pass based on a condition the headup email should or shouldn't go?
