CSMs would like the ability to bulk import new contacts in the R360 Person section.
After meeting with a client, they may need to add 4 or more new stakeholders. Entering these 1-by-1 takes a lot of time. If there are potential matches already, Gainsight could walk you through each potential match to avoid duplicating a 'person'
