Has anyone used Timeline activities to help CSMs keep track of feature requests? We use a JIRA board and CSMs can “watch” issues, but it would nice if the original request were logged in GS (with a link to the issue in Jira) so everything is in one place.
Would creating an activity type “Feature Request” would be the easiest way to filter for these types of activities so they’re easy for CSMs to find?
