Objective Hyperlink in Reports should work regardless of Success Plan status - right now will not work is status of plan is part of reporting group "Draft"

Currently, if you create a report with an Objective Name with Hyperlink displayed, regardless of the status of the CTA if the Success Plan is in a “draft” reporting category the link will not work and instead displays an empty screen with "The CTA you are trying to access could not be found as it might be in draft state or deleted or due to a system error."

You cannot edit the reporting category of a Success Plan if it is being used either.

According to the response from support:

“As per the current functionality, the direct CTA links will not be accessible from the report builder to anyone until unless the CSM makes the corresponding success plan to active. The CTA's belonging to draft CTA's will not accessible.
