Allow for more detailed Notification Settings

It seems that users can receive emails if a CTA is created, updated or assigned to them, but is there any way to limit the emails to only high priority CTAs? If not it would make a great addition to allow for more control over what triggers an email. A couple examples:







  • Only send high priority CTAs to me via email





  • Send me an email when my CTA is due in 1 week, 1 day

We have added it to our roadmap. In the meantime, you can create a program in JO with user context and send notifications based on any criteria you choose.
