We are running a few programs that send 60 day, 30 day, and day of reminder to a sub-set of clients as they approach their renewal dates. Through this program we have developed a field in Salesforce that opts clients out of entering this program, but they can also be opted out at any point in their journey.
My question is, how do I remove clients that are being opted-out of the program (JO) after they have already entered it. Is this possible?
