Question

CTA Completion Triggering another CTA?

Is it possible to create a rule that triggers a CTA when another CTA is closed successfully? The use case here is that our customers have 4 different meeting types that need to occur within the first 90 days after onboarding is completed and we want to track each of them as a separate CTA.

We do not want to use success plans for this.

I don’t see an action in the rules engine when using the CTA Object for Creating another CTA. I only see Load actions.

@Jacob.Clarke it looks like it’s because the selected Account ID in the Account Lookup section of the rule isn’t pulling the right ID.  Check that to make sure it’s matching to the right field, and then, you should see the Call to Action show up.

Hi @Jacob.Clarke

Yes, we can create a New CTA based on the another CTA. So why you are not able to see the Call To Action in the Action page, because the Company Id is not selected from the Company Object.

So what you have to do is, from the CTA Object what logic and filters you want to bring it, please bring that and finally, that result set you should merge with the Company Fetch and bring the Company Id.

Then will get the Call To Action in the Action page.

Thanks.
