Feedback about NPS 2.0 results showing up in GS widget in SF

I have a feedback about the NPS 2.0 results showing up in our GS widget in SF.











1. Do we have the ability to customize the columns we see in the view above (Gainsight widget in SF)?





2. Having user in the Role column is not helpful. We would like to have NPS respondent type. For example, in our MDA object, there is a column called group name which is categorizes NPS respondents as Exec Sponsors, Champions, Power Users, project team etc. This is something , we would want to show up in the column above rather than a generic "User"





3. The Participant column should have the user email address. Having just the user first name is not helpful



Hi Sainyam,





The GS widget displays the standard Survey section from your Gainsight C360 page. Since it's a standard section in the 360, there's only one item that's configurable, which is True vs. Average NPS.





I suspect you could create your own NPS report and display it in a custom section and/or the GS widget. This article has more info on setting up related list sections in the 360, which can then be enabled in the GS widget too.
