Workaround followed:
- Create a UI View for the tab Customer 360
- Add the fields which the client wants to see under Attributes in C360
- Save the UI view
- Now if they export the C360, the fields that we added in the UI view will show up in the attributes section on the exported PDF file
Currently there is no way to change the behavior. It always exports the UIView config.
I understand that it is expected behavior but this is a limitation as you are restricted to using only account fields in the UI view.
My C360 Export includes a Custom Section I built, but I cannot explain how it got to be a part of the Export.
As written, a completely useless feature.
