Inline survey question tips

Here are some things I have had to re-discover, so I’m putting them here in case they help anyone else working with Programs:

  • If an email template has a survey, that email template can’t be used in a CTA.
  • If an email template has a survey, and the question is a radio button, the question won’t show up as an available option for an Advanced Program
  • For Advanced Programs, you only see email templates with inline surveys in them if you pick NPS Survey or Generic Survey as the type of Program.
