Hello Scott!
Is there a way to do an S3 update on the timeline activity, or do a mass upload. We want to update some categories in the timeline and would rather not do it manually as there are over 400 entery’s to update.

I'm running into an issue where I cannot assign the CTA owner to the Account Owner Object. The CTA's I'm creating need to be assigned to the Account Owner. However, when trying to assign the account owner to the owner field dropdown I don’t see any options to select. Therefore, can you please advise how this could be corrected? Thanks!

Hello @Krista21,
Are you bringing in the GSID for the Account Owner? That maybe your issue.  You need the USER GSID for that field to populate.

@Ricardogs18 I have added the “User GSID” to my participant list. However, when trying to assign the account owner to the owner field dropdown I still don’t see any options to select.
