Allow for PX Analytics and Dashboards to span across more than one PX Product at a time

In PX Analytics and Dashboards, one can only view users, accounts, and usage details for one tracked PX Product at a time.  It would be great be able to perform PX Analytics across all tracked PX Products to answer questions such as…

  • How many users/accounts are active across all our tracked products?
  • Which users are using more than one product, and which products do they use?
  • What is the total of Monthly Active Users (MAU) and Weekly Active Users (WAU) across all tracked PX products?
  • Which users/accounts access Product X and Product Y and/or which users access Product X and NOT Product Y?

For our PX Customers that also use our Customer Success platform, this can be accomplished using custom CS reports/dashboards with the integrated PX data.  But, it would be great to have the same analytics flexibility for our PX only customers too.

Thank you @link_black for this feature request. This is likely to be a near term roadmap item.


Did this ever happen - looks like 2 years ago it was on the near term roadmap.
