Add ability to configure CTA Status options based on CTA Type or Reason

We would like the ability to show different sets of CTA Status' based on the CTA Type or Reason.
IE: CTA's that require reaching out to a client would have a different set of possible status' than a CTA asking the CSM to complete a field update, etc.

Capability to show different sets of CTA Status and CTA Reason based on the CTA Type is in our roadmap and should be available in fall release. I will keep you updated about the exact ETA.

We at Cisco would like this ability as well, to create Status'es that are specific to CTA Type, not just have to see them for all CTA Types.
Ability to create CTA status, reason, linked objects and other attributes by CTA Type will be available in Feb release.
