Relationship Scorecard MDA table: adding Relationship Name and Account Name
None
There are some customers who would like to report against the MDA table created for Relationship Scorecard Snapshots. It has the individual Scorecard values, as well as the Overall score. However, it only has the Relationship ID and the Account ID as identifiers, which makes it hard to do effective reporting and display it to end users.

This is because we currently don't have standard objects in MDA which link to Scorecard snapshot and fact tables. We are in the process of defining standard objects for Account and Relationship in MDA. Once that is defined , the tables will be automatically linked to the standard tables which will help in reporting.

There is another approach which we are recommending to customers until we have standard objects which is as follows -
a. Create custom objects in GDM for Account,relationships.https://support.gainsight.com/hc/en-us/articles/215520168-Gainsight-Data-Management#How-to-Create-MDA-Subject-Area
b. Use Load to MDA to populate these fields(https://support.gainsight.com/hc/en-us/articles/204526578-Use-Rules-to-Load-to-SFDC-Object-or-MDA-Subject-Area )
c. Then , we can create a MDA Join with relationship scorecard tables to look up to these objects so that these tables look up to the custom account and relationship tables.(https://support.gainsight.com/hc/en-us/articles/218876677-MDA-Joins)
Hope this helps.

We have recently implemented to easily view the data for Relationship Scorecard Snapshot.
Go to Data Management->Relationship Scorecard Snapshot object and follow below steps
a. Enable lookup Relation to 'Relationship' standard object and field to 'SFDC Relationship Id'.
b. Add SFDC Mapping to 'Relationship Id'.
c. Configure the report for Relationship Scorecard Snapshot object with the lookups enabled to relationship object.
