Hi, is there a guideline on how to create templates in the GS gmail plugin ? When I tried to create one on the very top I saw this: “ Email templates without survey token and report tokens are listed below”. Thank you so much.

In current version of gmail plugin you cannot create new template , you can only consume already created templates within the plugin.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
Don't worry if your email address has since changed, or you can't remember your login, just let us know at community@gainsight.com and we'll help you get started from where you left.
