Hi, Spencer.

I have a question about turning weekly data into monthly data.

Our CSMs want to see utilization data weekly so that they can catch any downward trends quickly. Our executives are used to monthly data. That can be done in Excel with a complicated but useful process: https://www.exceltactics.com/how-to-convert-weekly-data-into-monthly-data-in-excel/.

Can that be done in Gainsight reporting?

Also, I’m interested in any best practices for formatting emails. I copy and paste text into Notepad before pasting into our email template and still I have to battle the HTML code.

Thanks!

Yes, you’ll need to go to Email validator and take the person off the deny list first. Then you’ll be good to go. https://support.gainsight.com/SFDC_Edition/Journey_Orchestrator_and_Email_Templates/Email_Options_and_Guidelines/Email_Validator
