I want to send a company wide email hen the health score of a customer changes.


I wanted an email to go out to the entire company when a customer moves to Red zone. We have a group email id to which the email can go to.



Is there a way to do this from rules? 



The send email action doesn't seem to give me an option to do this, and neither does the co-pilot.

There is no elegant solution on this usecase as of now, but we definitely intent to resolve this in future releases. However we can achieve this use case with workaround.The workaround would vary based on the scorecard you use. I mean achieving the above usecase would vary from Account scorecard to Relationship scorecard. 



Please let's us know the scorecard you are using currently ? ​
