We noticed that the new Zendesk Connector doesn’t pull important fields such as Latest comments and Resolved date as they aren’t a part of the Zendesk Tickets Collection. These are important fields and useful in increasing the functionality of the Connector in comparision to the previous Zendesk Connector. Do let us know if this is something that can be pursued in the product.
Hi@prithvi_vihari We can solve the problem of pulling in the latest comments but we want to understand the number of customers who would benefit from this feature before we prioritize it. We will keep you posted with updates.
