Ability for CSM's to mass edit CTA's themselves.

Posting on behalf of a customer. At the moment CSM’s do not have the ability to mass edit their CTA’s. (Ex: changing status, assignee, deleting, etc.) To lessen the load on the admins in the future it would be nice if the CSM’s had the ability to do these functions themselves.

Thanks for sharing this. What the main action that you hear CSM’s want to do in bulk (eg. is it mostly updating statuses or due-dates?). Also what kind of permissions would be needed on this? (eg. only make changes to CTA’s where I am the owner)
