I ran a report today which showed me the number of touch points with clients in 90 days and 365 days. By “touchpoints” do we literally mean any type of timeline activity (i.e. not just meetings and emails)?
What are "touchpoints"?

Can you share more details about the report? Like the object and fields used?
The object was Client Aggregate Data and the fields are pasted below. It’s “Touches Last X Days” I need some clarification on.
