I've noticed that whenever you are editing a rule and open a dataset it always tells you that you have "unsaved changes" when you navigate away. This occurs whether or not you have actually changed anything.
Is it possible to change this behavior to check if a change has been made rather than just displaying that message every time?
It can be confusing if you are working on multiple rules or step away for a bit to know if you did in fact make a change since this message pops up so often.
