Product Board has listed Salesforce as their integration. Has anyone used it to integrate with Gainsight so that CSMs, Sales, Support can log feature requests that gets tagged on product?
Hi @meenal_shukla can you share a bit more about the exact workflow here? If it’s just being able to create product insights and have them route to Productboard, there is a Chrome Extension provided by Productboard that can be used universally to capture insights wherever you are and route them to the insights repository. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/productboard-make-product/mlpbdkpkicfkhgagnoamdcimmhdkakni?hl=en
