It would be great to be able to tag an alias or User Group on Timeline comments instead of multiple individuals individually. For example, tag “Admins” or “Super Admins” or “SMB Managers”, etc. This would allow us to be able to move certain processes out of Slack for approvals and updates. I find those messages are easily missed in Slack.
