Media Feed

Is there functionality to have a “media feed” as an element of customer health? For example, a tremendous impact to customer health would be if my customer were acquired, or filed BK. Or other newsworthy events. How is that captured?

Gainsight does not have this built into the product at this time however if you are collecting this data and feeding it into Gainsight we could certainly use it as a measure. I am going to route this as an idea through our product team so that they can give further information about roadmap on this sort of feature. 
I'd picture this being done in a similar manner as the LinkedIn function, where information relevant to customer health that is external (via the web like LinkedIn) is fed into Gainsight. This versus my company feeding the information into Gainsight. So using that as an example, Gainsight tells me what I don't know about my contact who may have left my customer, and that it effects health. Same thing with events that happen at a company. Thanks
