Log timeline activity (such as email, call, meeting) against multiple relationships.

Related products: None

We use the relationship feature to segment our 'offers'.  Product 1, Product 2, Product 3,...,Product 10 --  are all different relationships.

We sometimes have meetings that will cover 2-3 of those products and we log meetings in our timeline view.

Enhancement:

We would like the ability to log a meeting against multiple relationships.  For example, a CSM may have a call that discusses Product 2, 4, 7.  We would want to be able to log that call against each of those relationships.

Hi Justin,

Thanks for the post. Would it work if we give a clone option? You can then clone an activity from one relationship, select the second relationship and the activity will be posted to this second relationship.

Thanks,

Nitisha
Has this been rolled out?
Yes, a clone option would be excellent! Wondering why this is set to implemented?  The clone option would need to work at the CSM level not the Admin level as well.
Hi,

This is not available yet but will be available in short-term.

Thanks,

Nitisha
Realizing I'm way late on this... the issue with cloning is that we create multiple entries when what I think is the case here (and is the case for us) is that it's really one entry with multiple applications. With a clone you then have to go and make updates in multiple places. And do tasks created through timeline clone as well?

In our model we're mostly looking at multiple relationships of the same type for this use case -- for example a client who is deploying multiple grant programs, each of which is modeled as a separate relationship for purposes of activity data, health scoring, etc. Yet a call/meeting would reasonably account for all of those programs. (And the account level doesn't work because there are multiple product families involved here.)

Hi Team - any updates here? Are we planning to implement this?
