The results show that data source of the action and it would be great if the description showed since in this case I have many different actions I have to open the rule to see which number relates to the action I may want to review.

+1 to this, I try and remember the order I’ve set up the actions in but as more rules are added, and more actions on each rule, this is becoming more difficult and like OP I have to open up the rule, displaying the description would be such an efficiency boost for me.
