I have had multiple CSMs complain about, and ask me to change the display format for CTA Due Date in the Horizon Cockpit to ONLY display the date, and not the “Due in x days” format on the closer dates. Please add the ability for the user to change the way this field is displayed. If that is too heavy a lift, please give the ADMIN the ability to change this globally.
Give the user the ability to change the display of "Due Date" in Cockpit to be DATE ONLY and not use "Due in x days" format

YES PLEASE!! This “Due in X Days” format is driving...me...CRAZY! Don’t understand why the ability to customize and show an actual date was offered as an option in the first place?
