In the report builder, report on success plan data should have the data formatted similar to the formatted data in success plan page. ( as shown in the attachment).

Also, if you use that formatting to put certain, consistent sections of info into Success Plans, you may improve things by creating custom fields on the Success Plan instead of using formatted headers. Each field would be reported as its own column, so even though the bullets, hyperlinks, etc. would still be problematic, the organization of information would be far better.
