CSMs need to attach macro-enabled excel files and MSG files to CTAs and tasks.

Where is the CTA Attachment being done? In Chatter? In Timeline? Or in CTA Comments?
Sorry, I should have made this more clear. CSMs need to attach to CTAs, tasks, and send these types of files to the client using email assist in the task.
