Allowing 'sticky' reports in the C360 sections on a per customer basis

Our CSM's own a variety of accounts with a variety of needs. There is often a need to customize the filters on a report based on our knowledge of the customer and what they need. The filter is often adjusted on the report within the C360 section but those filters do not stay 'sticky' for the next time that report is used. 





Is it possible to have the report filters that are adjusted within an individual customers C360 section remaining 'sticky' so that they are still applied when the report is referenced again? 
I too am all over this idea of making C360 personalized report filters sticky and I have had multiple discussions about this with other Customers as well.
