Only Single Email is sent for "add reply to in bcc checkbox" and cc oursleves

Hi Team, 

 

I’m submitting this request on behalf of my customer. In the email assist assit task, When we check "Add Reply-To in BCC checkbox " and CC ourselves, we are receiving email copy only for the first recipient. This is the current limitation which is not allowing multiple copies with both CC and Reply-To.

When sending the same email to multiple contacts, our CSMs would like to receive a copy of all emails to confirm the emails were sent successfully. 

Also, receiving only the first email gives the impression that the additional recipients did not receive the email, which prompts concern over system issues and break-fix requests.
