Auto Populate account identifier when creating a new record on low volume object in C360

Related products: None

The Scenario: Using a C360 related list section that is built on a Gainsight MDA low volume object.

The Problem: When users create a new record you have to manually populate identifier fields if you want to associate the record with the account it was created on.

Proposal: When you create the record could you automatically assign an identifer to the record to the account the user created the record from in the C360.  This ensure cleaner data and reduces the chance for human error.

Bonus points if the look up fields prepopulated as you typed like the customer search does.

Hi @toddmassey

Thank you for your feedback.

Glad to let you know that we are already working on this and it will be available in the upcoming releases.

We are also working on improving the edit and add experiences. Any feedback would be very helpful.

Thank you
