Quick tip: In order to view the email templates holding Survey button/questions/link in the Playbook Email type tasks make sure to consider the following points:
- Enabling the Play books check box in the at the Email Template level
- Creating the Playbook at Company level and not at Global level. The survey email template is visible only to the playbooks created at the Company level, not the Global level.
