It would be a good addition to PX if there were more animation options for how engagements appear in the application. The ability to transition an engagement in from the left or right, for example, would help PX engagements feel more like a native experience in the end application.

Fantastic idea! I just created an idea which is similar but instead of animating the guide, animating the element itself to make it more prominent where attention is needed.
