Super disappointed that this is missing...
Also disappointed to find this missing. Especially since we aren’t currently able to integrate our Confluence knowledge base and articles functionality is subpar. This means the only way to connect our knowledge base to the KC bot is by linking to it.
This data is critical for understanding whether or not the KC bot is useful for our clients.
The entire use of this bot is for us to track what our users are clicking on. I’m disappointed that it was not explicit that the bot was NOT tracking web links, as we would have found an alternative.
This should be basic functionality in the bot, and at the least, you should let users know it is not going to be tracked.
Hey everyone, web links in the KC both ARE actually tracked! I found out that if you select “Integrated articles,” you will see the web links.

In addition to Web Links, we have also provided Bot interaction and Recommendation Analytics. Please do share your feedback on the updates which have been rolled outl.
We are working towards providing improved search analytics - which will help Bot author understand after a specific keyword was searched, which search results did the end-user open.
