It would be great if we introduce the time and day functions in rules and reports.
These type of functions will help in analyzing the day wise data.

Yes, if we can able to get the Year, Month, Date as separate fields from Date Datatype using Date functions that help a lot in analyzing the data in day-wise or month-wise or Year-wise.

Hi All,
We already have first day of month, qtr, etc. formulae in both Rules and Reporting. The reason why we have this is because we retain the data type which can be then used for downstream processes.
Is there any limitation with the same thats stopping you from getting your analysis? Can you share some examples?
Another follow up question - We can summarize the data by month/day/year when we analyze the data in report builder or when we prepare the data in Rules Engine. I also want to know if that can solve the use cases mentioned above.
