When using the Load to SFDC action, be able to set the value of a field using the value from another field.

My specific example is setting the Account Manager for a new Customer. Part of the business logic is if there is an Account Manager assigned to the Parent, then assign that same Account Manager to the new Customer. If the value to assign could reference another field (Parent.Account Manager), I could do this with just one action. Currently I need an action for each of my 15 Account Managers.

As a side note, a created a data space of Opportunity > Account > Parent Account. This is allowing me to run the rule based on Closed-Won Opportunities and evaluate all the other fields. Yeah for Data Spaces!

Hi Kristin,

Are you not able to map 'Parent.Account Manager' to 'Account Manager' in the action? Should be possible, since you are pulling that field in using the Data Space you built.

Why yes I can! Thank you - I don't think I've fully mastered the Load to SFDC Object.

This is great!
