Yes. In order to remove duplicate records from the list the Rules engine was creating, i had to load a Customers' active products and features to the MDA.
However, when selecting the MDA object as the Source (for the rules engine), the "Load to Features" action type is not available to use.

I was able to solve this problem by creating a lookup relation to the SFDC Account ID.
The Load to Feature can now be selected.
