Update contacts within timeline

After conversations with our CSMs the idea came up if it is possible that contacts can be updated in timeline/activity instead to go to people list. Reason being that when they speak to a customer, they are in timeline to capture the information there. In those meetings they also here about contact changes.
By this they can stay in the timeline and do not have to switch to people list, which will be more efficient and any updates will not forgotten and it leads to more up-to-date and accurate contacts information.
